★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus juguetes no sirven, hay una cantidad considerable de personas que como yo fuimos estafadas al vendernos un juguete de su catálogo que no funciona, lhasta hoy la respuesta de la empresa ha sido en enviar mensajes diciendo que ya están trabajando en tu caso pero la realidad es que no hay una respuesta satisfactoria de su parte. No hay con quien comunicarse de manera oral, todo es por medio de su chat el cual contestan cuando quieren por lo que la comunicación ha sido muy limitada y a la manera en que ellos han querido. Eviten comprar productos de esta marca (nenucos, pin y pon y sobre todo my lovely unicorn y my lovely llama). Si tiene duda revisen opiniones en páginas como Amazon y se darán una idea de la falta de calidad en sus productos.
