Yesterday we were here, there was a drill and it was the only store that followed the protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection of toys but I was followed around like a criminal. The girl working the shop went down every aisle I went down and stood right next to me as I looked at toys. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I went into the store twice and the same thing happened. My mom and I were followed around by the same girl who didn’t say a word just followed us around and watched everything we did. Terrible customer service. Nobody should be treated this way. We didn’t get a hello or a smile just followed around like we were going to steal something. This is not a good way to get a sale or return customers. The other tourists there instantly left.
