★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención hacia el cliente y en algunas marcas si hay variedad, otras no tanto pero es seguro que encuentras algo que te agrade.
 Very good customer service and in some brands if there is variety, others not so much but it is sure that you will find something that you like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaron los juguetes pero son un poco grandes y creo que cuestan un poquito caro NO SE, no se, pero esa tienda no es muy muy MUY grande y no están todos los juguetes XD bueno pero si recomiendo esa tienda Y MUCHO MAS SI TIENES UN BEBE!!!!!!?
I liked the toys but they are a bit big and I think they are a bit expensive I DON'T KNOW, I don't know, but that store isn't very very VERY big and not all the toys are there XD well but I do recommend that store AND MUCH MORE IF YOU HAVE A BABY!!!!!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro de plaza oasis, en segundo nivel, cuenta con gran surtido y de pronto puedes encontrar descuentos, bien organizado y buena atención.
Para ser una jugueteria de primera me falta equipo de radiocontrol, juguetes electrónicos .
Inside plaza oasis, on the second level, it has a large assortment and suddenly you can find discounts, well organized and good service.
To be a first class toy store, I need radio control equipment, electronic toys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estas es una bonita sucursal encalvada en un muy agradable fashion mall del sur de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable, coko es costumbre en esta cadena incluso ellos envuelven los juguetes si estos son para regalo, lo malo es que la seleccion de juguetes con que cuentan esta limitada.
This is a nice branch located in a very nice fashion mall in the south of the city. The staff is very friendly, coko is customary in this chain, they even wrap the toys if they are for gifts, the bad thing is that the selection of toys they have is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen surtido de jugetes, los pasillos son un poco estrechos, pero no importan cuando ves toda la oferta de juguetes, tienen de todo tipo y todas las marcas, fui por un tema de la juguetería "Mi Alegría" y tenían una buena oferta de sus productos, eso me encanto y por ello los super recomiendo
Very good assortment of toys, the aisles are a bit narrow, but it doesn't matter when you see all the offer of toys, they have all kinds and all brands, I went for a theme of the toy store "Mi Alegría" and they had a good offer of their products, I loved that and therefore I highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del Gerente y de su empleado al que envío para vigilar que no me fuera a robar algo, ingrese con mi hijo de 16 años, la tienda estaba prácticamente vacía, la tienda es pequeña. Mi hijo tocó tan solo 4 o 5 juguetes, cuando siento la presencia de una forma muy acosadora del empleado quien justifico su acción diciendo que eran sus rondines, aproximadamente paso en 10 ocasiones cerca de nosotros y no se alejaba y si fuera rondín, creo que hay más tienda, sus rondines eran a escasos 2 metros de nosotros
Los acuso de discriminación.
Y al reclamarle al gerente tal acción, solo se burló.
Cuando salgo de la tienda me percato que el empleado no hace rondines y que niños que entraron con adultos maltrataron juguetes y no se les dijo nada, la tienda es muy buena, la conozco desde se inauguró la primera en Vallejo en la ciudad de México, les recomiendo ir a otras tiendas si buscan juguetes.
Hechos: viernes 13 de mayo del 2022 a las 8 pm
Terrible attention from the Manager and his employee who I send to watch that I was not going to steal something, I entered with my 16-year-old son, the store was practically empty, the store is small. My son only touched 4 or 5 toys, when I felt the presence of a very harassing employee who justified his action by saying that they were his patrols, he passed approximately 10 times near us and did not move away and if he was a patrol, I think there is more store, their patrols were just 2 meters from us
I accuse them of discrimination.
And when claiming such an action from the manager, he only mocked.
When I leave the store I realize that the employee does not make patrols and that children who entered with adults abused toys and were not told anything, the store is very good, I have known it since the first one opened in Vallejo in Mexico City, I recommend you go to other stores if you are looking for toys.
