De varias veces que eh ido a comprar siempre tiene una actitud despectiva con los clientes inclusive con mi familia cuando vamos. Se porta déspota, altiva y cero humildad en ella. Excelente tienda por todo lo demás. Pero el personal falla. Terrible service. There is a chubby girl who attends there in that store. Tienen muy buenas medidas sanitarias: al momento de entrar debes pasar por dos tapetes sanitizantes, te proporcionan gel antibacterial, te toman la temperatura y antes no podías tocar ningún juguete, pero ahora ya está permitido. Mis compras siempre son muy muy rápidas porque en la página busco el juguete e incluso llamo antes de ir para saber si lo tienen disponible y también porque el personal está súper atento para atenderte y buscar lo que necesitas, el pago fue muy rápido también a pesar de que sólo está trabajando una de las cajas. Poco concurrido en todas mis visitas. En cuanto a precios es más barato que otras jugueterías o que tiendas departamentales, pero comparar por Internet siempre es una buena opción I liked the experience of shopping at Juguetrón now even more. I would love for it to have more in store, but I guess it was becouse of the season that they had few things on certain stuff. Is a little over price for toys coming from China, but I guess is because the place they rent at this place been so expancive.
