 Wide variety of seasonal and fashionable toys. Failure in customer service since you have to turn to them when you are looking for something instead of them coming to see what is offered to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularmente compro con regularidad, ahora tan cercano a día de reyes y en pandemia era lógico tomar tiempo para acceder . Pero al entrar a tienda me decepciono que el personal estaba colocando mercancía y obstruia los pasillos, y no daba buena atención al cliente. Si yo me hubiera basado en la contestación de la empleada hubiera salido sin nada pero al buscarlo por mi cuenta encontré bastantes juguetes del que me había dicho con certeza ( porque ni se movió para buscarlo) que ya no había. El aforo se respetaba pero hubiera sido más ágil si los empleados hubieran tomado sus estrategias para el acomodo. La fila era larga y entrábamos aprox. 5 personas las cuales literal brincabamos la mercancía de sus cajas o rodeabamos los pasillos. Mala experiencia
I regularly shop regularly, now so close to kings day and in a pandemic it was logical to take time to access. But when I entered the store I was disappointed that the staff was placing merchandise and obstructing the aisles, and did not provide good customer service. If I had relied on the employee's answer, I would have left with nothing, but when I looked for it on my own I found quite a few toys that she had told me with certainty (because she didn't even move to look for it) that there were no more. The capacity was respected but it would have been more agile if the employees had taken their strategies for accommodation. The line was long and we entered approx. 5 people who literally jumped the merchandise from their boxes or walked around the aisles. Bad experience
