★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor atención al cliente que he recibido, en tres ocasiones me han negado el acceso.
La primera vez porque mi hijo (de año y medio) no tenía cubrebocas pero si llevaba careta.
La segunda ocasión iba solo con mi hijo y no me dejaron entrar porque traía carreola.
La tercera, que fue el día de hoy, porque mi esposa traía un refresco del cine y no nos dejaron pasar.
La molestia es que ponen a gente muy cerrada en la recepción y no dan alternativas para ingresar, pese a que en las 3 ocasiones que hemos ido vamos con la intención de comprar algo.
 It is the worst customer service I have received, on three occasions I have been denied access.
The first time because my son (one and a half years old) did not have a mask but he was wearing a mask.
The second time I was alone with my son and they did not let me in because I had a stroller.
The third, which was today, because my wife brought a soda from the cinema and they didn't let us pass.
The annoyance is that they put people very closed at the reception and do not give alternatives to enter, despite the fact that on the 3 occasions we have been we go with the intention of buying something.
