★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen bien tratadas las cajas y empaques de los juguetes, está bien ordenado, un poco exagerado el precio comparado con otros lugares pero pasa.
 They have well treated the boxes and packaging of the toys, it is well organized, the price is a bit exaggerated compared to other places but it happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un triciclo ( nada barato por cierto) el 6 de Febrero a las 6pm , acudí el 7 de febrero a las 11am para cambiarlo porque está incompleto y no me hicieron válida la garantía, que tenía que ser directamente con el proveedor ( cosa que no te dicen al comprar la mercancía ).
Perdimos hablar con la Gerente de Plaza Galerías GDL, ya que no habían pasado ni 24 hrs de nuestra compra, nos la comunicaron, ( Karen ) fue de lo más grosera y pedante, además de que no dan soluciones.
Creo que para el costo de las cosa deben de tener garantía de cambio, sus costos no son baratos y el personal de verdad fatal, yo no vuelvo a comprar ahí y no recomiendo hacerlo, mejor en Liverpool o Walmarts como dijo la Gerente tienen mejor políticas de devolución.
I bought a tricycle (not cheap by the way) on February 6 at 6pm, I went on February 7 at 11am to change it because it is incomplete and they did not make the guarantee valid, which had to be directly with the supplier (which is not they tell you when buying the merchandise).
We missed talking to the Manager of Plaza Galerías GDL, since not even 24 hours had passed since our purchase, they told us, (Karen) was the most rude and pedantic, in addition to not giving solutions.
I think that for the cost of things they must have an exchange guarantee, their costs are not cheap and the staff is really fatal, I will not buy there again and I do not recommend doing it, better in Liverpool or Walmarts, as the Manager said, they have better policies return.
