L	Lupita Resendiz Bravo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Juguetería de lo que puedes esperar para un regalo de los pequeños, sin embargo en cuestión de infraestructura parece que falta aire acondicionado y con este clima creo que podrían mejorar en este aspecto para una mejor estancia de los clientes. Excellent Toy Store of what you can expect for a gift for the little ones, however in terms of infrastructure it seems that air conditioning is lacking and with this climate I think they could improve in this aspect for a better stay for customers.

Sin embargo falta mantenimiento y ni hablar del calor que se siente dentro de la tienda! No estaria mal recomendar la instalacion de AIRE ACONDICIONADO para comodidad de todos ususarios de la tienda!! Excellent products, and good customer service from the employees! However, there is a lack of maintenance and not to mention the heat that is felt inside the store! It would not be wrong to recommend the installation of AIR CONDITIONING for the comfort of all store users!

La tienda es pequeña y muy calurosa ya que su aire acondicionado no funciona, se percibe un olor desagradable como a drenaje. Lo rescatable son los empleados que al menos durante mi recorrido fueron amables, brindándome opciones. I was disappointed in the little variety they have, I don't know if it's the season or what but they don't have anything new. The store is small and very hot since its air conditioning does not work, there is an unpleasant smell like sewage. What is redeemable are the employees who, at least during my tour, were friendly, giving me options.
C	Constante Rangel fernanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es incomodo estar dentro del local ya que las condiciones del mismo son muy malas en el sentido de que se encierra demasiado el calor y los olores!! ya que se percibe un olor desagradable a drenaje, por lo que hace falta más ventilación y aire acondicionado para evitar la acumulación de estos. Sin embargo, eso si la atención de los empleados es muy buena y agradable, ademas de ser rápida y eficiente. Es una pena que tengan que estar encerrados alli cuando aun existen esas faltas de mantenimiento en las instalaciones. It is uncomfortable to be inside the premises since its conditions are very bad in the sense that the heat and odors are locked up too much!! since an unpleasant smell of drainage is perceived, so more ventilation and air conditioning are needed to avoid the accumulation of these. However, that is if the attention of the employees is very good and pleasant, as well as being fast and efficient. It's a shame that they have to be locked up there when there are still those lack of maintenance in the facilities.
Z	Zulma León on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio , pero un gran detalle es el aire acondicionado , en mi caso fue muy incómodo y molesto al grado que no pude estar tanto tiempo en la tienda ya que el calor es insoportable y también van varias veces que al visitar el lugar se percibe un olor horrible a drenaje. La verdad el personal es excelente , son muy atentos y amables . Pero la tienda es un caos al tener estos errores , temporadas de calor sin aire acondicionado y mal olor por el drenaje , ¡¡no quiero imaginar como se encuentra el personal en estas condiciones !! Muy mala experiencia que nos están haciendo pasar a los clientes con estos dos grandes detalles .
