★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay buenos precios y el servicio del personal es muy bueno, siempre amables, sin embargo le doy 3 estrellas porque su servicio en línea no sirve. Solicite un juguete por línea para no tener que acudir a ninguna sucursal y ni siquiera dan una orden de seguimiento, no te confirman la compra, en fin, me tocó ir a la sucursal para que muy amablemente la gerente resolviera el problema.
There are good prices and the service of the staff is very good, always friendly, however I give them 3 stars because their online service does not work. Request a toy online so you don't have to go to any branch and they don't even give a follow-up order, they don't confirm the purchase, anyway, I had to go to the branch so that the manager could very kindly solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en si todo esta bien en ese establecimiento pero el 17 de agosto del año 2020 en el cumpleaños de mi hijo nos regañaron unos empleados de que no podíamos tocar los "LEGOS" y comportándose de manera agresiva
al arrojar el cambio de el juguete de mi hijo, cuando otras veces te reciben a tu hijo con un "hola campeón".
Everything is fine in that establishment but on August 17, 2020, on my son's birthday, some employees scolded us that we could not touch the "LEGOS" and behaving aggressively
when throwing the change of my son's toy, when other times you receive your son with a "hello champion."
