Luego al tratar de hacer una devolución te dicen que sólo se puede hacer cambio de una forma agresiva y que supuestamente lo dicen siempre. Al parecer la que me atendió tenía amnesia.

Then when trying to make a return they tell you that you can only make change in an aggressive way and that they supposedly always say so. Apparently the one who attended to me had amnesia.
