★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de tener una muy mala experiencia en esta tienda. Una de varias prendas que compré (chamarra) se descosió a la primera lavada y sin haber usado aún. El responsable de esa tienda con una mala actitud no le importo la situación, la envío a control de calidad para su revisión, haciéndome perder mi tiempo en las vueltas. Es la primera vez que me ocurre que una tienda no le importe responder por la calidad del servicio y marca de la ropa que vende.
I just had a very bad experience at this store. One of several garments I bought (jacket) fell apart after the first wash and hadn't been worn yet. The person in charge of that store with a bad attitude did not care about the situation, he sent it to quality control for review, making me waste my time in the laps. It is the first time that it occurs to me that a store does not mind being responsible for the quality of the service and the brand of the clothes it sells.
