★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, se tardan en contestar y no dan una solución. Sus servidores están en constante "mantenimiento" y no puedo realizar el pago en línea hasta que ya está vencido el servicio y me dicen que tengo que ir directamente a pagar en sus oficinas.
Los colaboradores no están bien enterados de la funcionalidad de su mismo espacio de trabajo.
 Terrible customer service, they take time to answer and do not give a solution. Their servers are in constant "maintenance" and I cannot make the payment online until the service has expired and they tell me that I have to go directly to pay at their offices.
Collaborators are not well aware of the functionality of their own workspace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ir a pagar a la oficina tienes q ir acompañado ya que no tienen estacionamiento y metros atrás está transito, el estacionamiento de la esquina no te dejan entrar por qué solo es para empleados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad del agua es mala su agua tiene exceso de dureza, la cobran como si fuera agua bendita, sus cuotas están mal definidas, co pueden cobrar a una persona que vive en un fraccionamiento privado por 30 m3 lo que casi pagamos por 10 m3 en una colonia popular, les falta capacitar a su personal para que atiendan bien y resuelvan los requerimientos de los usuarios.
The water quality is bad, their water is excessively hard, they charge it as if it were holy water, their fees are poorly defined, they can charge a person who lives in a private subdivision for 30 m3 what we almost paid for 10 m3 in In a popular neighborhood, they need to train their staff so that they serve well and meet user requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay servicio de agua desde ayer por la tarde, ni hoy en el area del becerro, hacienda natura y otros fraccionamientos más. Y es la tercera vez en lo que va del año. Pero qué tal están para cobrar sus recibos y para estar exigiendo que uno se mantenga al corriente??
