★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta vigilancia en el área de niños (5 años maximo) para que se respete la edad ahí establecida, había niños hasta de 10 años en esa área, hasta adultos estaban dentro. En general falta vigilancia para que se respeten las reglas y sacar a la o las personas que no lo hagan, ojo con eso por favor!!!

Son dos fiestas por horario y la fiesta de aún lado uso el espacio de partir la piñata para su show que se extendio, faltaban 10 minutos para que terminara mi evento y nadie del Staff me pudo solucionar la situación con la señora, tuve que ir yo y claramente recibí insultos y malos tratos, la otra señora presumía de ser conocida de los de la sucursal y por eso podía hacer lo que quisiera.
Make my daughter's party there, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
There are two parties per schedule and the party on the other side used the space to split the piñata for their show that extended, there were 10 minutes left for my event to end and no one from the Staff could solve the situation with the lady, I had to go and clearly I received insults and mistreatment, the other lady presumed to be known to those of the branch and therefore could do whatever she wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto del lugar está muy padre pero hubo detalles que no me gustaron y que pudieran generar fuertes accidentes con los niños, en algunos brincolines no había la suficiente protección lo cual pudiera ocasionar que los niños pequeños se cayeran o sufrieran fuertes golpes, la pizza si esta muy rica. Me gustaba la idea de ahí festejar a mi hijo pero por el detalle de los brincolines deja mucho que desear.
The concept of the place is very cool but there were details that I did not like and that could cause serious accidents with children, in some bounce houses there was not enough protection which could cause small children to fall or suffer severe blows, the pizza yes It is very rich. I liked the idea of celebrating my son there but because of the detail of the jumpers it leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids love this place. They can be here for hours. We come every time I come and visit my grandmother. Place is always clean. tables are nor cramped like other places. they have a second floor where you can watch and sit a little more relax. I will keep coming every time I come to visit
