★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó mucho, los baños están en mal estado. Algunas puertas no cierran. El jabón de manos apesta y te deja un olor horrible en las manos.
 I didn't like it very much, the bathrooms are in bad shape. Some doors do not close. Hand soap stinks and leaves a horrible smell on your hands.

My 2-year-old girl really enjoyed it and the guys who supervise are very kind and always attentive to the safety of the children, I liked that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los alimentos no son de buena calidad ni de lo mejor. Pero, las estructuras no son de mala calidad y los niños se divierten mucho. Aunque se encuentre el staff los baños se encontraban muy sucios y con mal olor.
The foods are not of good quality nor of the best. But, the structures are not of bad quality and the children have a lot of fun. Even if the staff is found, the bathrooms were very dirty and smelly.

Todos los demás distraídos con el celular, tuvieron a mis invitados afuera esperando y cero disponibles si les pedías algo.
Los baños sucios y con falta de mantenimiento.
Poco amistosos y amables.
Sinceramente jamás volvería a hacer un evento ahí
Terrible, I hired the service for a party and only 2 of the whole team attended me.
Everyone else distracted by the cell phone, they had my guests outside waiting and zero available if you asked them for something.
Dirty and poorly maintained bathrooms.
Unfriendly and kind.
I would honestly never do an event there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece excelente opción, el staff es muy amable y están al pendiente, las instalaciones son muy buenas y hay muchas actividades para los niños pequeños, vale la pena perder unas horas, los costo son adecuados y es una opción muy buena ya que en Toluca tenemos pocas ofertas referentes a estas actividades.
