Cuidado con compañías como estas que parecen ser serias pero todo lo contrario, tanto para los clientes como para los proveedores, Ojo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal resulta que sino te encuentras a la hora que destina el chofer pasar, ya te jodiste y te esperas 8 días , sus visitas no son respetadas mucho menos los horarios pasan a la hora que uno tiene que trabajar antes pasaba él repartidor a las 8 am y ahora ya no se sabe si paso o no varias semanas llegaba a las 6 pm otras a las 3 otras a las 4 , tengo que salir a trabajar mejor digan si van a pasar o no sino ya para irme con Ciel que son constantes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio antes era bueno pero ahora es pésimo , el repartidos que me toca es un maleducado , que no muestra respeto hacia los clientes y llega hasta a querer molestar a las clientas , además no hay poder humano que haga que traigan el agua , he marcado muchas veces y siempre me dicen que ya va el repartidor pero nunca llega , de verdad estoy cansada de esperar y llamar para que no tengan el profesionalismo de hacer bien su trabajo .

Ya estoy arta arta de que llegue a la hora que quieran , se les dice a un a hora y llegan cuando quieren , y no hay nadie en esa empresa que sea educado justo ayer 30 de junio 2021 pedi agua y me llaman para decirme que ya está abajo el repartidor , salgo rapidísimo para abrirle al repartidor lo más rápido que pude de verdad que no tarde ni 3 minutos y cuando abro no hay nadie y marco y marco y hasta las 500 me contestan y que el repartidor se fue porque lo multan , que no puede darle la vuelta a la cuadra ? En serio ? O que le pida de favor a los que están apartando lugar que les de permiso 5 min, y es que de verdad ya es una odisea el día que se pide el agua uno no puede despegarse de la puerta de 8 am a 6 PM porque en cualquier momento puede llegar y si uno no sale en 1 minuto se van y hasta sabrá Dios cuando "puedan" regresar y como no hay nadie con quien reportarlo porque todos son así pues uno se aguanta, el señor se llama pascual y la srta que se porto indolente y sumamente grosera se llama Guadalupe García (dudo que sea su nombre real ) y pues ya me aguanto porque este par de groseros ni idea tienen del servicio y de la buena educación. Y lo malo que no hay forma de que los capaciten o de que los cambien.
