Jungle Buggy Tour - 77710 Playa del Carmen

This was an absolutely fantastic tour! It is not an ATV tour! Let me say that again, it is not an ATV tour! However, with that said, it is 1000 times better than an ATV Tour! Chris and Rocio were superb tour guides! They were extremely personable and gave us insight into the local flora and fauna and history of the region! What made this tour absolutely perfect was their ability to make our special needs son feel included in the tour. Our son had never participated in an excursion but Chris and Rocio made him feel welcome! It was also great for me, an individual who has had extensive neck surgery…not extremely rough! We were picked up at our hotel lobby in a small bus and transported to another hotel to pick up additional tour participants. The total in the tour was only 9 which was a perfect size. We then took a short ride to the ranch where we met Chris and Rocio. The buggies were new and clean! We were given a brief introduction to the operation of the buggies. We drove about 30 minutes on varying roads from dirt roads to rough jungle roads with many rough spots and puddles. We drove at about 25 miles per hour….not a crazy speed…an enjoyable speed which let you see and enjoy the jungle. We then arrived at the beautiful cenote which was cool and crisp. You could wade in, jump from a dock, or climb and jump from 7 or 14 feet ledges. We swam for about 35-40 minutes and then drove back. At the end of the tour we had a small snack and some water. There were open air showers and private, very clean bathrooms available. Very highly recommended!

Alexa & Fernando were great tour guides. Definitely recommend this excursion to anyone wanting to have an amazing time. Cenote swim was so cool.

Had an amazing time with my family of 8. This was a great trip, I recommend going when the weather is rainy! That def enhanced the experience - going thru the mud puddles. The cenote was beautiful! Highly recommend this tour- our children were 7,8,9 years old and it was perfect. They had showers to rinse off upon your return. Highly recommend

The tour with Chris was great ? He was very welcoming, friendly and told us very interesting things about the nature and his experiences. The pick up from the hotel around 8am went well. We started the tour excactly 8.30 am and went with a van to a place in the jungle. There we prepared ourserself for the buggy drive. The drive was extremely funny, we splashed into the mud and we saw 3 times biiig and hairy spiders!! The cenot was personally also a big highlight, because it is 100% natural, sooo beautiful and there were less people. It was refreshing and the water is clear blue. At the end of the tour we ate some chips and they drove us back to the hotel. Worth the money.

We had an amazing time on the buggy and our tour guide Alexia was so kind and helpful. The Cenote was calming and private and beautiful!

We had a private tour with Chris and Rocio and they were amazing!! ❤️❤️ We had so much fun and made such amazing memories. You can tell that they love what they do because they put everything into the tours that they give! Thank you guys for amazing memories and for showing us some of the beauty in the world! We had an incredible time and will definitely be back when we’re back in the area!

I had a wonderful time on Jungle Buggy Tours today. Rocio and Chris were extremely knowledgeable and made sure all questions were answered and that everyone felt safe during our tour. I really appreciated how they also gave us some background on the history and development of the cenote as well as the surrounding area. The education was great but they also made sure to not overdo it and allowed the majority of the time for fun on the buggies and swimming in the cenote. I generally do not enjoy guided tours, but this small group setting and amazing tour guides made it the perfect tour for me.

This tour is A MUST! We drove the ATV for a LONG TIME and enjoyed every moment of it! Our tour guides were Alexia and Fernando, and both were very fun and amazing! They took us to the cenote and it was my friends and I there, like our private Cenote! We climbed, jumped, and recorded a whole bunch of things! Make sure to ask Alexia about the history and ask Fernando about the story of the cenote! I highly recommend this tour if you love an adventure!! Make sure to record you long lasting memory!!
