This hotel, the staff, the chef, the setting, the room, and the ambience were nothing short of amazing. We are glad we booked this property for our stay in Tulum. Kudos to the chef who made sure our food looked and tasted extra special. We enjoyed our stay and will look forward to be back again.

Not the easiest to find but worth it when you do! Was here back in May and enjoyed working from here for a few hours. They had an open concept kitchen. I got their yummy shrimp tacos, their matcha-raspberry bite was delicious and their banana bread is a must—I nearly wanted to purchase the entire loaf! Got to meet the owner who was super lovely, it was her birthday that day too but she worked away with a smile on her face ensuring I was taken care of. Great experience!

We had a fabulous stay in Jungle Keva. Unique design, loveliest stuff and super friendly and helpful owner. Lodges are spotless clean and refreshed every day. Architecture and design is very special. Nothing like this you can find in Tulum. Location inside the jungle gives a great feeling of intimacy and security. Kendal — woman, who owns this hotel is energetic, super lovely to talk to, with strong attention to detail and openess to feedback. Charlie, Jesus and Moises — guys who work in the hotel were the most lovely people we’ve met. Always ready to help, always attentive and proactive. What we also loved that you can rent scooter or bike straight from the hotel. Jungle Keva felt like a true home, even though its on the other side of the world. We felt very sad to leave this beautiful place and will definitily come back one day!

This was beyond our expectations. Such an amazing and beautiful place with it's own character. There are 5 lofts so it's also very private and intimate. The rooms are big and have a breathtaking architecture and interior with your own open ceiling( with a net) bathroom so you have the feeling you are in the jungle. Jungle Keva has an open air kitchen where you can cook your own food and enjoy in it's beautiful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every way. The owner Kendall is such a sweatheart who is always available whenever you need her. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We will definitely come back again.

An absolute must if you’re passing through Tulum! Tucked away in a new development, Jungle Keva is an oasis of calm and tranquility. The rooms are fabulous: huge bed, the most gorgeous bathroom, amazing architecture and most of all, an honor host: Kendall. She was always available for all our questions and gave all the tips we needed to have a wonderful time in Tulum. We loved loved loved our stay! A huge thank you to Kendall. We’ll be back for sure!

I stayed at Jungle Keva as part of a yoga retreat and found it to be the most incredible and magical experience. If you are looking for a peaceful, zen place to unwind that does not skimp on the details, this is your location. The rooms were GORGEOUS, especially the bathrooms. Because we were in a group, we had the entire facility to ourselves. I can't speak highly enough of Kendall and her staff's attention and assistance, including restaurant, beach, and transportation recommendations. I read other reviews that complained about the bugs and the heat, however, it is located in the jungle terrain of Tulum, so I think bugs and heat are to be expected in its location. The food provided was impeccable and perfect portions. Travelers should know that this facility is not located in the strip of chain hotels near the beach, but is a short walk to the downtown Tulum area if you are interested in enjoying the local scene. JK is also a quick taxi ride to several of the Tulum beach clubs- the taxi services are safe and reliable in Tulum when booked through the hotel. If you are a social media influencer on vacation with your friends, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE with its aesthetically pleasing grounds, gorgeous colors, and breathtaking pool. Jungle Keva is the MOST beautiful place I have ever stayed! The atmosphere is incredible and the staff is so incredibly friendly and kind. The owner Kendall is so accommodating and truly the most wonderful host who will gladly help you explore Tulum in whatever way you want. The food was absolutely incredible and the presentation was just as good. I felt so amazing here. It was the perfect place to refresh and unwind. YOU MUST GO! ❤️
