Pero las señoritas encargadas de cerrar, dan un mal servicio. Ya que te van corriendo con el simple hecho de estar apagando las luces, cuando estábamos por terminar de limpiar, automáticamente nos sacaron las cosas a la calle, solo por el simple hecho de que se iban a ir de fiesta, que está perfecto porque son jóvenes, el hecho es de que hasta pagamos una hora extra para el servicio y sobre todo estamos pagando un servicio en el cual nos están corriendo antes de tiempo. Lo he contratado varias veces y jamás había pasado eso absolutamente nunca, siempre me habían ofrecido un buen servicio los jóvenes que les tocaba cerrar el salón entonces la verdad no entiendo porque ahora pasa esto, está perfecto el salón no hay por qué quejarse de esto siemple y sencillamente las señoritas están en una muy mala posición.

But the ladies in charge of closing, give a bad service. Since they are running at you simply by turning off the lights, when we were about to finish cleaning, they automatically took our things out to the street, just for the simple fact that they were going to party, which is perfect because they are Young people, the fact is that we even pay an extra hour for the service and above all we are paying for a service in which they are rushing us ahead of time. I have hired him several times and that had never happened, absolutely never, the young people who had to close the room had always offered me a good service, so I really don't understand why this is happening now, the room is perfect, there is no reason to complain about this simply and the ladies are simply in a very bad position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy dos estrellas por que se me hace injusto que te dejen entrar 1 hora antes del evento sabiendo que están todos los proveedores afuera, esperando que de la hora y los encargados no te dejan entrar. Se que esta estipulado en el Contrato pero siento que debería ser más flexibles en ese tema.
I give it two stars because it is unfair to me that they let you in 1 hour before the event knowing that all the providers are outside, waiting for the time and the managers will not let you in. I know that it is stipulated in the Contract but I feel that I should be more flexible in that matter.
