Te dan fecha pero la misma secretaria te dice que no llegaran en esa fecha que quiza 2 meses despues. Absurdo y asi quieren mas dinero los de la japay. Pero que buenos son para cobrar. It is incredible that at this point they cannot give you a specific day to go to your house to change the meter. They give you a date but the same secretary tells you that they will not arrive on that date, maybe 2 months later. Absurd and so the japay want more money. But how good they are to collect.
