★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Además de ser una perdida de tiempo, la atención que brindan es muy mala. Las hojas de información que te entregan están incompletas. Debes llevar una copia extra para todo, claro, junto con tu propia pluma. Ojo con la renovación de la cartilla, si no es de las nuevas (que vencen cada tres meses $$$) no te la aceptan. La fila es inmensa, por lo que si quieres ingresar rápido debes llegar a las 6:45 a formarte (aunque las señoritas secretarias llegan alrededor de las 8:15, ellas si echan la meme)....Yo tuve que ingresar una queja por sus malos tratos, ya no me querían atender. Espere a la supervisora y ella (obviamente) me brindó un mejor servicio.
Suerte con esta idiotez!

A la entrada están recibiendo las precartillas, te ponen el sello de la bola que te tocó y te dan las indicaciones. Es muy rápido y lo más probable es que a todos nos pongan bola negra (de momento) hasta que sepan que hacer por el covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que todos los trámites me resultaron muy ágiles y fáciles, solamente que tienes que llevar toda la documentación en orden, de otra manera te van a regresar y empezarás maldecir a la "burocracia" por algo que en principio fue culpa tuya.
Las personas que atienden no son precisamente amables, pero tampoco son grocerias, simplemente llevan una actitud neutra, lo cual, para mí punto de vista, está bien mientras hagan mi papeleo de forma correcta, que es lo que en realidad importa.

Para quien necesite hacer su tramite de reposición de cartilla necesita de manera obligatoria su número de matricula la cual se encuentra escrita a un lado de la acta de nacimiento con la cual hicieron el tramite, en caso de no tener el número deberan acudir a esta junta para pedir prestado el libro del año en el cual iniciaron su tramite, en dicho libro tendran que buscar su nombre.
Traten de ser lo mas cordiales posibles, la persona encargada de prestar los libro es despota y tiene muy mala actitud pero si ustedes adoptan la misma actitud solo van a hacer lo mismo que esa persona.

Ahi estan los datos que piden y la ubicación. Por último no darán servicio estos días por semana y reanudan apartir del 6 de abril.
