★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina para sacar la Credencial de Elector. Totalmente vacía y no se necesita cita.
Obviamente es complicado el estacionamiento por ser la zona céntrica. Sin embargo vale la pena para tener la Credencial más rápido y no tener que esperar a una cita.
No es necesario que vivas cerca. Puedes sacarte la INE independientemente, de tu entidad federativa.
Office to get the Voter Credential. Totally empty and no appointment is needed.
Obviously parking is complicated because it is the central area. However it is worth it to have the Credential faster and not have to wait for an appointment.
You don't need to live nearby. You can get the INE independently, from your federative entity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el personal es amable, y la atención es rápida incluso cuando se ve que hay bastante gente. Como toda oficina de gobierno, se recomienda ir temprano, de cualquier forma por ahora solo atienden por cita, la cual tienes que sacar en portal web del INE
In general, the staff is friendly, and the attention is quick even when there are quite a lot of people. Like any government office, it is recommended to go early, in any case for now they only attend by appointment, which you have to check out on the INE web portal
