A los patrones los dejan entrar a las conciliaciones con abogados y a los trabajadores les dicen que ellos no pueden entrar con abogado, osea que en la junta estas tu solo contra el patrón, su abogado y la conciliadora que se pone de su parte. Porquería de atención al afectado.

Actualización: Tuve que ir a la profedet en cdmx, me resolvieron y me pagaron. Acá en Hidalgo nunca respondieron y el maltrato persistió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cosa sería hablar de los representantes de la Junta (trabajadores), pero ya no tiene caso, ya es bien sabido lo mal que están en ese rubro, tan es así que están en agonía por el nacimiento de los Tribunales Laborales, adiós Chicanas y adiós a esas prácticas de la calle.
El edificio está muy descuidado, no sirve el baño y en ésta época de pandemia es de vital importancia entrar a lavarse las manos como mínimo de higiene. Falta iluminación pues pareciera que no quieren que les llegue caro el recibo.
Deben de mejorar los letreros que indican dónde se llevará tú audiencia, la tecnología al servicio del hombre por Dios, un una tv indiquen las audiencias y dónde se llevará a cabo.
Repito, que bueno que están en agonía...
