★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una computadora donde yo mismo elegí los componentes y al momento de recibirla me dieron memorias ram en una frecuencia menor a la que yo pedí y en un inicio se opusieron a cambiarme el producto diciendo que " no hay diferencia", tardaron tantos días en dar respuesta que no me las querían cambiar porque ya les había dado uso a las que ellos me dieron. Después de insistir, cedieron a cambiarmelas, aunque 3 meses después de la compra me di cuenta que se robaron un cable sata que incluía la motherboard que elegí, (incluye 2 y solo me dieron 1) sinceramente no vale la pena volver a discutir con ese tipo de personas. Te recomendaría comprar computadoras o componentes en otro lugar para que evites lo que me ocurrió a mi.
I bought a computer where I chose the components myself and when I received it they gave me ram memories at a lower frequency than I requested and at first they opposed changing the product saying that "there is no difference", it took so many days to give answer that they did not want to change them because I had already used the ones they gave me. After insisting, they gave in to change them, although 3 months after the purchase I realized that they stole a sata cable that included the motherboard I chose, (it includes 2 and they only gave me 1) honestly it is not worth arguing with that again type of people. I would recommend you buy computers or components elsewhere so that you avoid what happened to me.
