La atención y el trato que me dieron en la institución fue buena y en el proceso me sentí apoyada, orientada y protegida. El único defecto es lo tardado del proceso que tardan horas en procesar un solo documento. Pero me gustó que cada 3 o 6 meses me llamaban de oficinas para ver cómo iba todo y certificar que la policía hiciera las visitas periodicas, hasta que les dije que aceptaba que mi archivo se cierre porque ya no percibí peligro. Two years ago I filed a lawsuit because a stranger was spying on my window. The care and treatment they gave me at the institution was good and in the process I felt supported, oriented and protected. The only flaw is the time-consuming process that takes hours to process a single document. But I liked that every 3 or 6 months the offices called me to see how everything was going and to certify that the police made the periodic visits, until I told them that I accepted that my file be closed because I no longer perceived danger.

Favor de hacer su trabajo y dejar de victimizar a cualquier pioja que llega con documentos falsos! L	Larisa Alejandra Perez Ochoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de editar el primer comentario que di respecto a la institución, debido a que hoy en día me han brindado toda la ayuda legal y psicológica que requiero, es un excelente centro, lástima de su existencia por que ninguna mujer o ser humano debería sufrir, hasta el punto de necesitar ayuda. Realmente tomen todo lo que les brinden. Si, al principio puede parecer lento y desgastante sin embargo también te están dando el apoyo anímico que necesitas, aprovecha las terapias. Te ayudará y fomentará y dara otra forma y perspectiva de vivir, es un excelente centro y doy gracias a todos los trabajadores que apoyan a los usuarios que llegan a la institución, gracias personal y particularmente, me ayudaron mucho c: I just edited the first comment I gave regarding the institution, because today they have given me all the legal and psychological help I need, it is an excellent center, it is a pity that it exists because no woman or human being should suffer, To the point of needing help.
