★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que no le daria ni una sola estrella pero pues es el minimo que hay para calificar, pesima atención ya que ell@s son los que se encargan de que no sucedan los procedimientos o el seguimiento a las denuncias, cuando se trata de una denuncia contra algún servidor público, tal como lo es en mi caso, desde Agosto sigo esperando su llamada para darle seguimientl a mi caso y no eh tenido respuesta alguna
The truth is that I would not give a single star but it is the minimum there is to qualify, very bad attention since they are the ones who make sure that the procedures or the follow-up to the complaints do not happen, when it comes to a complaint against a public servant, as it is in my case, since August I am still waiting for your call to follow up on my case and I have not had any response
