★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tuve que agarrar valor para enfrentar al jefe de turno que solo se la pasa en el teléfono y solo así me atendieron rápido como le dije si yo tuviera los millones ya me hubieran apoyado con lo que necesito ojalá que nadie de los "servidores públicos pasen x lo que yo pase así les dije " y el teléfono ni lo contestan te dicen que está transfiriendo la llamada tres veces y cuelgan ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a entregar una solicitud de investigación por robo y con sólo hablar con los servidores de das cuenta el nivel de corrupción. El comandante de investigación, literalmente, me dijo que el proceso se iba a tardar al rededor de 3 horas por que, supuestamente, tenía otros 3 oficios que hacer, pero si le daba $600 pesos podía hacerlo en 10 minutos. Es de verdad lamentable que estos personajes sean los encargados de protegernos.
I went to submit a request for an investigation for theft and just by talking to the servers you realize the level of corruption. The investigation commander literally told me that the process was going to take around 3 hours because, supposedly, he had 3 other jobs to do, but if I gave him $ 600 pesos he could do it in 10 minutes. It is truly unfortunate that these characters are in charge of protecting us.

Pero el personal lo saco un poco mas tarde de cumplir con su sentencia, nos conto que llego una persona gravemente herida de la cabeza con puntadas pidiendo atencion medica y nunca se la dieron, de mi hermano no supimos nada ya que nos conto que no lo dejaron hacer su llamada
