★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen que actualizar la información del lugar. Fui hoy 26 de enero a las 2PM y estaba cerrado. Por lo que se ve tienen tiempo que está cerrado. Aunque probablemente tratándose de una oficina de gobierno, el lugar está sucio y tienen horario restringido.
 They have to update the information of the place. I went today Jan 26 at 2PM and it was closed. From what you see they have been closed for a long time. Although probably being a government office, the place is dirty and they have restricted hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido no menos de 5 veces a tratar de hacer un trámite y jamás me han atendido u orientado correctamente. Cambian los requisitos de un momento a otro, luego al regresar otro día la jueza no ha llegado a las 10:00 am y no saben a qué hora llega (la atención se supone es desde las 8:30 am), otro día la jueza se fue de vacaciones y nadie más puede revisar documentos, luego la jueza ya no trabaja allí y hay un juez interino que no sabe y no puede revisar documentos... Entonces qué, se tienen que pedir vacaciones para hacer un trámite? Para estar ahí los 5 días de la semana (o más) todo el día a ver cómo se le hace para que te atiendan efectivamente. Detestable.

I don't understand why they say that same-sex marriage exists. CDMX is supposed to respect it, and they didn't allow me to marry my girlfriend because our INE is from another state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue muy buenas, llegamos a 13:00hrs y nos atendieron de inmediato, muy amables todos, afortunadamente tenía todos mi documentos listos, lo único a comentar fue la facilidad de llegar, en mi caso llegué por Tacubaya, no me fue tan fácil llegar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, fuimos a registrar a mi bebé y ni nos tardaron además que nos dieron el formato de registro para llenarlo.
Para el registro de nacimiento no es necesario sacar cita simplemente vas directo y con todos los documentos. El horario es de 8 a 3 y eso si, al final te piden para el refresco a tu consideración.
