★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy mi familiar acudió con ustedes para hacer una denuncia ya que le robaron su tarjeta del acceso al metro (con chip para los elevadores ) esto lo necesita el metro para poder generar una nueva. La señorita que la atendió le dijo que con la del inapam podía entrar (algo totalmente erróneo) jajaja ya que está tarjeta en efecto es para brindar servicio y descuentos especiales para la gente de la tercera edad. Por favor eduquen a su personal y no olviden que son una institución de gobierno la cual debe brindar el apoyo a cualquier gente que acuda a ustedes. Esto pasó aprox a las 8:30 am si no desean hacer su labor por lo menos conozcan los procesos básicos de la institución.
