★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan horas para entregarte un acuse. Incluso si solo es una o dos copias. Es increíble. La gente se pone grosera en las filas, debido a tanto tiempo que tardan en llamar.
Yo tengo mucha paciencia pero es molesta que no lleven mejor control. ¡Horror! Solo de imaginar que estamos sometidos a estos disturbios.
They take hours to deliver an acknowledgment. Even if it's only one or two copies. Is incredible. People get rude in the lines, because of the time it takes to call.
I have a lot of patience but it is annoying that they do not have better control. Horror! Just to imagine that we are subjected to these disturbances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nose porque dice civil si no atienden un caso civil te mandan con un abogado particular porque ellos no ven esos casos .
Solo fui a perder mi tiempo para que me dijeran eso.
I don't know why it says civil, if they don't deal with a civil case they send you to a private lawyer because they don't see those cases.
I just went to waste my time to be told that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal atiende bien pero las medidas de sanidad no se llevan acabo, en el filtro ya no hay gel antibacterial y en las filas no se respeta la sana distancia; además de que no hay rampas de acceso -- sólo en la entrada pero en el interior, nada :(
The staff takes good care of it but the sanitation measures are not carried out, there is no antibacterial gel in the filter and in the lines the healthy distance is not respected; plus there are no access ramps - only at the entrance but inside, nothing :(
