★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hay inventario, todo es sobre pedido, en una ocasion hable para hacer el pedido y no ir dos veces y me dijeron que tenia que depositar para q pudieran tenerme el pedido listo y cuando fui por el me dijeron que no lo tenian que se les habia olvidado, y hace 2 semanas fui a ver si de casualidad tenian unas lamparas y el propio dueño me dijo igualmente que tenia que dejar pagado y las deje pegadas y el mismo se comprometio a llevarlas a mi casa al dia siguiente y paso una semana y nada y fui a la tienda y dice q la culpa lantiene la matriz porque no le mandan el pedido y ya pasaron 3 semanas de mi pedido y sigue sin llegar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compraríamos unas lámparas, sabíamos las especificaciones, solo teníamos una pequeña duda que nunca pudo resolvernos, y nos dijo que eso pasaba cuando no se sabía que comprar, el señor se la pasaba alardeando que el si era dueño. Aún con todo, le íbamos a comprar, pero resulta que no las tenía, solo bajo pedido. No recomiendo el lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio, la semana pasada mi papá fue por unas lámparas Y el señor Mauricio Escamilla levantó el pedido cobrandole todo. Y ya pasó más de una semana y no le entrega nada. El día de hoy fui por ellas y resulta que nunca está, se esconde, pero según el da su palabra de caballero. Deberían de saber esto la empresa JWJ,las demás tiendas están muy bien en el centro, está en divisióndel norte no cuenta con luz, Ironía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen: te dicen si nos favorece con su pedido se lo llevamos gratis a su domicilio, pero pasa una semana y no te entregan el pedido que ya pagaste. Eso Si, tiene un pretexto para todo. Que no te engañe la amabilidad.
Hoy es 10 de junio de 2017, siendo las 13:35 horas, sigo esperando al dueño del negocio para que suceda alguna de 2 cosas; me entregue mi pedido o me devuelva mi dinero. Aclaró que llegue al locas a las 11:05 am.
Hable con el como a las 12:40, que lo espere 20 minutos que el llega, ahora ya son las 13:40. Una hora ya paso y ni sus luces.
