Terrible... In the end they answered the guarantee, but I realized the poor quality of materials and many defects in the installation. If you don't want to suffer, look for another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi vestidor quedó padrísimo, armarios muy bien, y mi cocina de súper lujo ❤️❤️. El único detalle y que fue resuelto, ajustar un par de bisagras. Pero es algo pasable.
My dressing room was amazing, cabinets very well, and my kitchen was super luxury ❤️❤️. The only detail and that was solved, to adjust a pair of hinges. But it is passable.

Muy amables durante el proceso de venta y firma de contrato pero después no cumplen con los tiempos de instalación aunque se haya firmado un contrato y disque avalados con otro contrato de PROFECO. Después no te contestan, te dan pretextos absurdos para no hacer su trabajo y se molestan porque les haces observaciones. No te dan garantía de su trabajo. Se supone que pondrían mi cocina a mediados de enero y solo se tardarían en promedio cinco días en la instalación, pero con tantas excusa la "terminaron" hasta finales de febrero. De verdad no los contraten
They are a real headache. Don't hire them. Very friendly during the sales process and signing of the contract, but afterwards they do not comply with the installation times, even though a contract has been signed and dialed backed by another PROFECO contract. Then they don't answer you, they give you absurd excuses for not doing their job and they get upset because you make observations. They do not give you a guarantee of their work. They were supposed to put my kitchen in mid-January and it would only take an average of five days to install, but with so many excuses they "finished" it until the end of February. really don't hire them

Les pagamos el 70% en septiembre y me entregarían finales de enero, se les liquidó al comenzar instalación y dejaron de ir y el ingeniero dejó de contestar llamadas y mensajes. Estamos por terminar Mayo y me siguen debiendo materiales. Buenos para insistir por el dinero y cuándo uno insiste que terminen proyecto se hacen los ofendidos. SE GASTAN el dinero de los proyectos y por eso dejan a tantos como en la situación que nos encontramos.
Kitchen hustlers! Pure farce attention. We paid them 70% in September and they would deliver to me at the end of January, they were paid when the installation began and they stopped coming and the engineer stopped answering calls and messages. We are about to finish May and they still owe me materials. Good at insisting for the money and when one insists that they finish the project they act offended. THEY SPEND the money for the projects and that is why they leave as many as in the situation we find ourselves in.
