Muy mal, ni siquiera hacen su trabajo, yo lo lleve por un inyector que estaba fallando y ellos aferrados a que no era eso y me vendieron una bobina nueva y ni siquiera fue eso y en su cara les demostré que era la falla y aún así seguían aferrados a que no era eso y que era solo una bobina cuando aún con la bobina nueva seguía haciendo la falla y aparte lo que no te dicen desde un principio es que cuando pagas en tarjeta, ya después te quieren cobrar un porcentaje, lo cual nunca te dicen a pesar de que yo les comenté más de 3 veces que el pago sería en tarjeta

Miguel Ángel Segura Arellano dueño de este taller en picada es un estafador y cínico, tiene autos sin entregar de años, muchos descompuestos y no da respuesta, está demandado por muchas personas, se dedica a robar no a arreglar nada por que ni siquiera es Ingeniero, en la cárcel es donde el debe estar y estará.

NO LOS RECOMIENDO, PÉSIMO SERVICIO, NO TIENEN CUIDADO CON LOS AUTOS, ME DAÑARON LA TAPA DE MI MOTOR (COMON QUE LA PUSIERON EN EL PISO Y ME LA DEJARON TALLADA) Y OTROS PLASTICOS INCLUYENDO LA FUNDA DE LA BATERIA, DESDE HACE MAS DE 1 MES, QUE QUEDARON EN REPONERMELA Y NO LO HAN HECHO, YA NI ME CONTESTAN LAS LLAMADAS EL DUEÑO MIGUEL SEGURA TAMPOCO ME CONTESTA EL CEL ADEMAS MUY CARO, CERO RECOMENDABLE. Mi carro no traía nada rayado y así me lo dejaron,(AGREGO FOTOS) parece que se pelearon arriba del motor. Pongo una foto de cuando estaba antes de llevarlo, al final de las imágenes la podrán ver. NO PONGAN EN RIESGO SUS CARROS Y EVITESEN DOLORES DE CABEZA Y PERDIDA DE TIEMPO!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, AWFUL SERVICE, THEY ARE NOT CAREFUL WITH CARS, THEY DAMAGED MY ENGINE COVER (LIKE THEY PUT IT ON THE FLOOR AND LEFT IT SCRATCHED) AND OTHER PLASTICS INCLUDING THE BATTERY COVER, FOR MORE THAN 1 MONTH, THEY ARRIVED TO REPLACE IT AND THEY HAVE NOT DONE IT, THE OWNER MIGUEL SEGURA DOESN'T ANSWER MY CALLS ANYMORE, HE ALSO DOESN'T ANSWER MY CEL, ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE, ZERO RECOMMENDED. My car didn't have anything scratched and they left it like that, (I ADD PHOTOS) it seems that they fought over the engine. Motivo de ingreso: La pantalla multimedia central del carro no prende. A la hora de recoger el carro 5 semanas después: La pantalla multimedia central del carro no prende (Aún), freno de mano desajustado y 1550 KM adicionales en el carro. La versión corta: Pésimo trato al cliente, prepotencia y agresividad del pseudo-ingeniero, claramente no son expertos en las plataformas Audi, VW y Seat, actos turbios con la posesión de los vehículos, hacen magia desapareciendo carros. Si valoran su carro, ahorren unas de las peores experiencias como consumidor que pueden pasar. Versión detallada: El automóvil ingreso el día 21 de Enero del 2022, dado que la pantalla multimedia central no encendía. Fue recibido por un grupo de tres señoritas y un asistente de mecánico que se veían completamente perdidos, tomaron 45 minutos en llenar la papelería correspondiente. Primera semana: seguía sin recibir noticias del carro y para mi sorpresa no contestaban los teléfonos. Segunda semana: consigo conectar la llamada a lo que me comenta el encargado del taller que sigue sin encontrar la falla, por lo que tendrá que llevar el carro a un taller de terceros en la colonia Hidalgo (A pesar que el contrato firmado remarca en la primera clausula "...K-MSG no condicionará la prestación de los servicios de reparación y/o mantenimiento de vehículos a la adquisición o renta de productos o servicios en el establecimiento o en otro taller o agencia predeterminada"). Tercera semana: Nuevamente no contestan los teléfonos, acudo al taller y para mi gran sorpresa, el taller YA NO EXISTE. Después de mucho insistir me contesta ahora una nueva secretaria, mencionando que se mudaron de taller y que el carro aún no está listo. En ningún momento a ningún miembro de K-MSG se le ocurrió que sería buena idea mencionar que moverán TODOS LOS CARROS DE LOS CLIENTES A UN NUEVO DOMICILIO SIN AUTORIZACIÓN NI PREVIO AVISO. En ese mismo instante acudo al taller, en donde me muestran mi carro y me mencionan que se está trabajando en él, que todo el detalle es una diminuta pieza que van a remplazar. Cuarta semana: No contestaron ni un solo mensaje ni llamada. No sé nada del paradero del carro ni qué se le hará. Quinta semana: Me mencionan que perdieron la pieza en la mudanza y por eso no se ha podido reemplazar, escudándose e insultando a sus "incompetentes empleados" en todo momento por no saber lo que hacen (Excelente forma de hablar de tus empleados frente al cliente, infunde demasiada confianza sobre la experiencia en general del taller). Les doy de ultimátum el día 24 de Febrero para recoger el carro, esté o no esté. 24 de Febrero: Les menciono que llego en 10 minutos al taller, a lo que me responden que espere 2 horas para llegar. Haciendo caso omiso, llego al taller y EL CARRO NO ESTÁ AHÍ, me comenta la secretaria Gabriela Arechiga que el carro está en la bodega (anterior taller), a lo que voy al anterior taller Y TAMPOCO HAY NADA AHÍ, el lugar se ve abandonado y al preguntar a los vecinos, mencionan que tiene 2 semanas que sacaron todos los carros. Regreso al nuevo domicilio del taller y mágicamente aparece mi carro. Después de un sermón justificador sobre el por qué siguen sin reparar la pantalla multimedia central, procede a hacer entrega del carro me percato que el freno de mano del carro está desajustado (No se entregó así) y con 1556 KM recorridos extras en las últimas 5 semanas, las cuales se supone que el carro estuvo parado en el taller. Sobre el freno de mano: En un intento de convencer (o engañar) culpa a las balatas del carro (Las cuales tienen menos de 3 meses de nuevas y son de excelente calidad). Inconforme con su respuesta, llamo a mi mecánico de frenos de confianza a lo que comenta que no hace sentido lo que menciona, al confrontarlo de nuevo empieza la agresividad e insiste que "el me coloca balatas nuevas gratis para que me de cuenta que el está en lo correcto", después de discutir más rato el auto-llamado "mecánico" procede a hablarle a un colega de él especialista en frenos, el cuál a su vez concluye que su proclamación de las balatas es absur
