★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta que esta abierto las 24 horas pero no me gusta que parece que solo quieren venderte artículos sin relevancia para la salud del perro y esperan que gastes un montón. Llevaria a mis mascotas sólo por urgencia pero no los atenderia allí por una enfermedad, sobre todo si es crónica.
 I like that it is open 24 hours but I do not like that it seems that they just want to sell you items without relevance to the dog's health and they expect you to spend a lot. I would take my pets only as an emergency but I would not take care of them there for an illness, especially if it is chronic.

Lleve a mi perrito para desparasitación y me lo dejaron con anemia esta apunto de morir y solo sacan pretextos de que es una cosa u otra y no me dan solución solo me piden dinero para diferentes estudios y no sale nada ya llevo 4mil pesos en 3 días
Es increíble que no me ayuden ya no se que hacer y lo peor es que le salió una hinchazón en todo el cuello y cara le echan la culpa a otras cosas cuando ellos lo picaron mal para sacarle sangre.

It is incredible that they do not help me I do not know what to do and the worst thing is that a swelling went out in the whole neck and face they blame other things when they stung it badly to draw blood.

Cero recomiendo este lugar
Mi gata está internada desde el miércoles pasado y se tardaron 2-3 días en darnos un posible diagnóstico, no uno concreto.
El día de la consulta solo le inyectaron algo para el dolor pero no la examinaron como debieron siendo que la gata llegó con baba espesa, gingivitis y abdomen duro. Hoy la vamos a dormir y siento coraje no puedo dejar de pensar que no actuaron como debieron. Cero atentos, cero sensibles, comunicación fatal. JAMÁS VUELVO!

My cat has been hospitalized since last Wednesday and it took 2-3 days to give us a possible diagnosis, not a specific one.
On the day of the consultation they only injected her with something for the pain but they did not examine her as they should have, since the cat arrived with thick drool, gingivitis and a hard abdomen. Today we are going to sleep and I feel angry I cannot stop thinking that they did not act as they should. Zero attentive, zero sensitive, fatal communication. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentísimo servicio por parte de todos los doctores que nos han atendido. Tuve una perrita MUY enferma y la atendieron como reina y se encariñó mucho con los doctores.
Excellent service from all the doctors who have treated us. I had a VERY sick dog and they cared for her like queen and she became very fond of the doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad son personas profesionales, educadas que si te tratan de atender bien pero no ayudan en la mayoria de las ocasiones ni te dan una correcta solución para el problema de tu perro. No saben comunicarse y te dejan a medias, si no preguntas te dan muy poca informacion. No saben informarte que es lo que puede pasar con tu perro ni parecen saber manejar a los animales. E tenido que ir mil veces y nunca me dan consejos para enserio tratar a mi perro solo me dan cremas y esperan a que sane solo. Opere a mi perro por una herida que tenia en la cola 3 veces y ahora con la cola ya mucho mas pequeña tiene una herida aun pero de con la que empezamos. No supieron ayudarme ni atender el problema.
The truth is that they are professional, educated people who do try to take good care of you but do not help in most cases or give you a correct solution to your dog's problem. They don't know how to communicate and they leave you halfway through, if you don't ask they give you very little information. They do not know how to inform you what can happen to your dog, nor do they seem to know how to handle animals. I've had to go a thousand times and they never give me advice to seriously treat my dog, they only give me creams and wait for it to heal itself. I operated on my dog for a wound that he had on his tail 3 times and now with his tail already much smaller, he still has a wound but from which we started. They did not know how to help me or attend to the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desconocen por completo el comportamiento al menos de aves exóticas. Llevamos una Ninfa porque había sangrado y solo le retiraron una pluma quebrada. No le recetaron nada a pesar de decirles y mostrarles lo que había sangrado. El ave no aguantó ni las 12 horas, convulsionó y murió…PÉSIMOS. Dijeron que no requería nada. Que impotencia
