★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio veterinario, las veces que he llevado a mi perrita la han diagnosticado y atendido muy bien. Sus productos son de buena calidad. El único detalle es que es una veterinaria pequeña y mas de tres personas con mascota, no cabemos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mi parte es una mala experiencia, ya que el sistema para bañen a tu perro no es muy bueno ya que los citan a una cierta hora todos los perros y conforme van llegando los perros es como los atienden; y mi perrita estuvo casi 5hrs ahí y no creo que le hayan dado al menos agua. Creo por lo mismo de que hoy en día debemos cumplir con las medidas de sanidad y citar todos a la misma hora de igual manera esta mal. Ya sea lugar para personas o animales aún así se deben de cumplir las medidas.
Un consejo que les puedo dar... es citar a los perro a una cierta hora, atenderlos y que la familia se los lleve uno por uno, no todos al mismo tiempo. No me imagino si es así en un consultorio médico para personas...
For my part it is a bad experience, since the system for bathing your dog is not very good since all the dogs are summoned at a certain time and as the dogs arrive it is how they attend to them; and my dog was almost 5hrs there and I don't think they gave her at least water. By the same token, I believe that today we must comply with sanitation measures and quote everyone at the same time in the same way that is wrong. Whether it is a place for people or animals, the measures must still be followed.
One piece of advice I can give you ... is to meet the dogs at a certain time, attend to them and have the family take them one by one, not all at the same time. I can't imagine if it's like that in a medical office for people ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, el martes 23 de febrero 2021 hablé x teléfono a la veterinaria para confirmar si podía llevar a mi perrita a las 2pm el 27 de febrero 2021 a que la vacunaran y bañaran, confirmándome que sí , que sería probable que tuviera que esperar turno y que cerraban a las 7:30pm, así que si les daba tiempo para bañarla. El día de hoy, sábado 27 de febrero lleve a mi perrita y no quisieron recibirla puesto que ya había perros para baño y que no les daba tiempo. Para que confirman que si me la van a recibir y llegado el día me la rechazan, que falta de atención, perdida de tiempo y falta de respeto. No lo recomiendo y por supuesto que nunca regresaré a esa veterinaria.
