If I could give them a negative rating I would. I used this agency to plan my wedding in Cabo, and it was the worst experience EVER ! I signed a contact and began selecting my suit at the resort where I was holding my wedding, and for over a year, I continued to make payments thinking that everything was good. Not once in all of that time, did the agency reach out and say that the suite that I selected was not available. It wasn't until 3 weeks before my wedding date, that I received a text message, saying that the suite I selected was full and that they had gotten me an upgrade. My first thought was how much is this upgrade going to cost me, as I had already paid the balance in full, or so I thought at the time. That's when they came at me with the additional cost of $825, per night and at the time we were staying 10 nights, which amounts to an additional $8,250. Needless to say I was outraged and so worried that we would have to cancel the entire wedding 3 weeks before the date. When I tried to reach out to find an alternate solution, they were unresponsive. The entire 2 weeks leading up to the wedding were spent trying to find another room at the resort.itWe finally had to put our foot down and out right let them know that we would not be paying all of that additional mo eye, and that we have a signed contract guaranteeing us a room, and sending screen shots of our conversation in which they stated that we had the suite we requested.in the end on they put us in the upgrade room and covered part of the cost. We were told that we would only have to pay an additional $200, so I asked for the link so that I could make the finally payment. That in itself was a battle. They didnt send it to us until 10PM the night before our flight, and the link wasn't even active anymore. Upon arrival at the resort, I spoke to my guest, and it turns out that they all had similar issues with the agency when they were booking their trips in order to attend my wedding. One saying that she received a message the night before her flight saying that she still owed a balance, even though she asked months ahead of time, if she was all paired up, and they confirmed that with her. Overall using this agency and working with both Karen and Delia in particular was the worst experience, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
