Las segunda vez fui a pedir una cotización, me atendieron muy bien pero jamás me hicieron llegar la cotización por escrito y tuve que recurrir a otra imprenta. I went to this place twice. The first time was for a thesis to be filled and they forgot a page. In the end they corrected me. The second time I went to ask for a quote, they treated me very well but they never sent me the quote in writing and I had to go to another printer.
