Kabah Boutique Hotel - 77505 Cancún

Great service from all staff. They are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and big screen TV. Kabah is my go to hotel while visiting friends in Cancun. Thank you for another great stay.

Avoid. All positive feedbacks probably related to the earlier times of this hotel. Stayed for 1 night. No running water. 30 degrees, 12 hours of flight , I am covered with the soap.

Stayed here for 5 nights in a "deluxe double" with American breakfast. The double bed was a small queen size made with a duvet for which I was highly allergic but they offered me no alternative. I highly doubt the room size qualifies for a 4 star hotel as there wasn't even room for a chair (minimum req. ex bathroom 13m2). The a/c unit hadn't been cleaned in at least a year. And breakfast was only a choice of different eggs with fruit and bread, although I did really enjoy the huevos Kabah! But most annoying of all was that there was no running water for half my stay making the toilet really nasty and all they offered was a 1 night discount and only after I negotiated this for almost 30 minutes. Would not stay here again.

I did not have very high expectations of this hotel, given the price. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast that is included is not your average breakfast, they have a menu you can choose from and they can bring it to your room for $5 USD, which is fairly cheap. The staff at the hotel is beyond amazing!! The hotel is a small quaint place. I felt very safe throughout my stay. There was construction on the rooftop I believe but it didn't start until late morning.

Very nice place for the first or the last day in Cancun. The hotel is near the airport (15min). You can book the shuttle in the hotel, it is the same price as on booking.com.

Great place to stay. The service was great and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Will stay here next time I'm in Cancun. Place is located in downtown near the Costco and Mega Soriana.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and we chose this hotel specifically for the rooftop jacuzzi, as we wanted to relax after a long day of travel. When we got up on the roof, I dipped my foot in the water and it was ice cold. We asked the woman in the reception how to turn on the heat, but she replied "it's supposed to be like that". They should definitely change the word "jacuzzi" to "pool", as a jacuzzi is supposed to be warm. Other negative things: The flushing mechanism in the toilet was very weak, so most of the times we had to use a bucket to flush. The TV wasn't working. Both the afternoon and night staff came up to have a look, and not until after midnight they realized a cable was missing. The day after a "technician" came and installed a new cable. Only one of 3 receptionists were competent. The other 2 were younger, seemed like they didn't care too much and didn't speak english very well (I speak spanish so for us it didn't matter). Positives: Nice breakfast. Other staff members were kind and helpful. Room was ok. Complimentary water, beer and soft drinks.

Stay here for 3 nights. The room was very cozy and the bed very comfy. Relax very good! Breakfast is actually pretty tasty ? as the staff of the hotel very friendly. After all I enjoyed staying here!
