★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, muy mala atención, compramos un equipo de Química Sanguínea y uno de Hematología, muchas mentiras, justificando siempre la mala atención, un empleado de nombre Carlos González en una llamada me dice " Hágale como quiera"....al parecer es el jefe de un área de venta de equipos para el área veterinaria. Muy mal sabor de boca ser tratado así como cliente. Pienso devolver los equipos, uno como cliente no se merece un trato así. Para comprar te ilusionan, para la instalación ya no es el mismo trato. Espero haya alguien en la empresa a nivel Dirección General que pueda darnos una solución. Por lo mientras el Ramo Veterinario tendrá conocimiento del pésimo servicio y trato recibido.
Terrible service, very bad attention, we bought a Blood Chemistry team and a Hematology team, many lies, always justifying the bad care, an employee named Carlos González in a call tells me "Do whatever you want" .... apparently it is the head of an equipment sales area for the veterinary area. Very bad taste in the mouth to be treated as a customer. I plan to return the equipment, one as a client does not deserve such a treatment. To buy they excite you, for the installation it is no longer the same deal. I hope there is someone in the company at the General Management level who can give us a solution. Therefore, the Veterinary Branch will have knowledge of the terrible service and treatment received.
