La primera vez nos salió una fibra metálica en uno de los rollos y me dijeron que ya habían corrido a la persona, porque había sido el segundo error del día, eso es falta de capacitación y el cliente no tiene por qué pagar esos errores, me hicieron pagar el rollo y ni me lo cambiaron. El día de hoy decidimos regresar y y uno de mis hijos entre otras o casas pidió una pasta Yakisoba, que en realidad era una cama de zanahoria y calabaza con unos Cúa tos fideos, carne, pollo y camarón, sazonado de manera q no se sentía como Yakisoba y hemos lo hemos probado en arios lugares para poder afirmarlo. De nuevo se quedó el plato completo, se pidió para llevar y de nuevo se hizo el comentario de manera amable y otra vez mala atención al cliente. Yo soy Gerente y siempre escuchó los comentarios de los clientes, tomo alguna acción positiva de manera que se vayan satisfechos los clientes, pierdan más con un comensal que no salió agusto del lugar. Ni modo, ahora si no volvemos a regresar, no lo voy a recomendar y mis comentarios no van a ser positivos del lugar. Les falta mucho en servicio y en cocina. El tamaño del rollo adecuado y hasta podria jurar más grande vs otros lados 2. Introducir el Sriracha en los bocados y como punto de decoración/degustación en los platos fue exquisito. 3. El famoso Calpis, bebida japonesa, que probe tanto en natural como de arándanos fue perfecta. No duden en visitar! La atención y preocupacion de nuestra visita y degustación fue maravillosa! Falta mejor Sazón y en ocasiones cuidado en los platillos ya que me ha tocado que todo salga muy bien o uno o dos platos lamentablemente sin sabor etc.. pero si lo recomiendo como una opción de Sushi comercial. Good place, food good value for money. It lacks better Seasoning and sometimes care in the dishes since it has been my turn that everything goes very well or one or two dishes unfortunately without flavor etc.. but I do recommend it as a commercial Sushi option.
