★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida rica, precios razonables, buenas promociones. FATAL!!! La atención por parte de los meseros es descortés, falta mucha amabilidad y atención al comensal.
También la limpieza del lugar deja mucho que desear, me gusta mucho la comida.
Recomiendo el Tako Roll y la sopa Miso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volvimos a Kabuki debido a q nos gusta mucho el sabor, sin embargo, así como en mi reseña de hace dos meses comenté q la espera se muy larga, hoy vengo a quejarme fuertemente de esa espera.
En esta ocasión pedimos para llevar y solo se ordenó 2 rollos de Philadelphia, que.... Q tan laboriosos pueden ser.... Tardaron más de 40 min en entregar y lo q realmente molesto es q una persona llegó 15 min después de mi y le llegaron primero sus rollos que a mí q llevaba esperando tiempo.
Ya después de pasada la media hora, me acerque a una señora (supongo q es gerente o algún cargo medio relevante) para preguntar por mi pedido y ni siquiera tuvo la educación d contestarme, se limitó a pintarme jeta y tan mala actitud tomo, q mejor un chico q estaba ahí cerca, busco y me dió solución y todavía la tipa ésta se pone a llamarle la atención al chico q si tuvo buena atención.....
Hace dos meses escribí esta opinión...

Nunca he entendido porq se demoran tanto en la preparación de alimentos, pues he ido a varios lugares a comer este tipo de cocina, y en ningún otro lado demoran tanto como aquí.
No importa si hay dos mesas o todo el lugar ocupado, la espera es igual de larga.
Incluso, si pides entradas, te llegan después de tus platos principales.... Entonces cuál es el punto de q se llamen "entradas"?
We returned to Kabuki because we really like the taste, however, just as in my review two months ago I commented that the wait was very long, today I come to complain strongly about that wait.
On this occasion we ordered to go and only ordered 2 Philadelphia rolls, which... How laborious can they be... They took more than 40 minutes to deliver and what is really annoying is that a person arrived 15 minutes after me and his rolls arrived first than me who had been waiting for a long time.
After half an hour had passed, I approached a lady (I suppose she is a manager or some other relevant position) to ask about my order and she did not even have the politeness to answer me, she limited herself to painting me a face and such a bad attitude better a boy who was there nearby, I search and gave me a solution and still the girl this one starts calling the attention of the boy who did have good attention.....
Two months ago I wrote this opinion...

I have never understood why they take so long to prepare food, because I have been to several places to eat this type of cuisine, and nowhere else does it take as long as here.
It doesn't matter if there are two tables or the whole place is occupied, the wait is just as long.
Even if you order appetizers, they arrive after your main dishes... So what is the point of calling them "entrances"?

Tried fundo roll. Horrible..no taste, only raw chili flavor.
They need more service people on the dinning tables. Tables where full with only one server. A new cook that prepared are undon soup made it super sweet un able eat.
Over all we love this place. Price is right food is good. But mistakes were made.
