★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty chocolate. Free samples. Free smells. I wondered if the smell was artificial, as it smelled a bit like a chocolate scented candle, but they were making chocolates right in front of you. Either way, it worked for bringing us in for a few pieces. 3 pieces for $5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved this museum! The show was really cute and funny it was a very creative way to show the history of the Mayan Chocolate. The interactive place was set up very nicely and I felt very immersed and the free chocolate and hot choclate was a great bonus! All of the people there were nice and helpful and their chocolate is the best I have had! Would highly recommend this place! Well done!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one stop shop for chocolate lovers! One of the better stops on your visit to Costa Maya's cruise port. The staff is always accommodating, friendly, and usually don't try to pressure (although, they can be a bit frantic sometimes). You can sample options, go through an interactive experience, and you'll maybe even see them making the chocolate right in front of you. You have options between fine truffles, chocolate bars, but even other related items, such as their very good baking vanilla. Prices are a bit steep for the chocolate, but considering it is unique (and tastes great), it makes it worth a bit of a splurge.
