Λ	ΛNGEL R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente frecuente de la estética, siempre me an brindado muy buen servicio y los cortes son muy buenos sinceramente pero hace 5 minutos acabo de ir y yo voy especialmente con una estilista y bueno ya tenia mi turno asignado y pagado, me dijieron que en una hora y media terminaba con una muchacha y luego seguía yo y bueno ahí estoy esperando 2 horas a que termine y cuando vi salir a la que estaba atendiendo de la estética entro solo para recibir la sorpresa de que estaba una joven (sin ofender demasiado arrogante y mal educada) ya sentada y pues le dijieron que era mi turno y ella muy en su papel dijo que no con toda la confianza del mundo que lo quería para ya (Necesitaba un peinado y maquillaje para la NOCHE) y pues le terminaron dando el turno a ella (Ella no tenía turno asignado) y me querían hacer esperar otras dos horas y yo como si soy educado y consciente me resigne a insultarla y solo pedí un reembolso y la verdad si me molesta por que es muy buen servicio el que brindan pero eso que ocurrió es muy poco ético y la verdad espero que se le arruinen sus planes, que le valla mal y que quede orrible el servicio. No podré ser el mejor o el más importante cliente pero si un buen cliente. I am a frequent client of aesthetics, they have always given me very good service and the cuts are honestly very good but 5 minutes ago I just went and I especially go with a stylist and well I already had my shift assigned and paid, they told me that in one an hour and a half I finished with a girl and then I continued and well there I am waiting 2 hours for it to finish and when I saw the one who was attending aesthetics leave I entered only to receive the surprise that there was a young woman (without offending too arrogant and badly educated) already sitting down and then they told her that it was my turn and she very in her role said no with all the confidence in the world that she wanted it for now (She needed a hairstyle and makeup for the NIGHT) and then they ended up giving her the turn to her (She did not have an assigned shift) and they wanted to make me wait another two hours and as if I am polite and conscientious I resigned to insult her and I only asked for a refund and the truth is if it bothers me because it is very good service that they provide But what happened is very unethical and I really hope that his plans are ruined, that it goes badly and that the service is terrible. I may not be the best or the most important client but a good client.

La chica me trató muy mal como si ya quisiera terminar para atender a más clientes. Ni hablar de la limpieza, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.
