★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a un planchado de cabello con keratina dijeron que me duraría 6 meces y nada yo fui un viernes me dijeron que en 2 días no tenía que lavarme el cabello ni recojerlo y así lo hize pasado los dos días lo lave y mi cabello se le quitó lo lacio les mandé inbox y ni siquiera abrieron los mensajes ni me dieron ninguna repuesta pésimo servicio 0 estrellitas
I went to a hair iron with keratin they said it would last me 6 months and nothing I went on a Friday they told me that in 2 days I did not have to wash my hair or pick it up and I did so after the two days I washed it and my hair was removed I sent them an inbox and they didn't even open the messages or give me any response, terrible service 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No generalizo el hecho de que me hallan tratado con la punta del pie cuando lo único que quería era un servicio por el cual pagaría en su totalidad, lo que molesta es que la disque mujer que atiende el teléfono te insulta y por no querer trabajar pospone citas que ya habían sido apartadas .
Realmente no recomiendo este lugar, dan un pésimo servicio.
I do not generalize the fact that I have been treated with the tip of my toe when all I wanted was a service for which I would pay in full, what annoys is that the woman who answers the phone insults you and postpones you for not wanting to work appointments that had already been set aside.
I really don't recommend this place, they give terrible service.
