Es uno de esos cafés que miden con precisión la cantidad de granos tostados que se molerán para tu taza, esto asegura una mayor calidad y fidelidad en los sabores. En mi visita probé un expreso con un dulzor impecable, Era de café Red honey, una cosecha y tostado especial pero con granos oaxaqueños, de la finca manos de mujer. También tienen otros métodos de extracción que se adecuarán a tus gustos cafeteros.
Kaldy is a little place with a bar where all the magic happens. It is one of those coffees that accurately measure the amount of roasted beans that will be ground for your cup, this ensures greater quality and fidelity in flavors. During my visit, I tried an espresso with impeccable sweetness, it was Red honey coffee, a special harvest and roast but with Oaxacan beans, from the woman's hands farm. They also have other extraction methods that will suit your coffee tastes.
