★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this company to take us from Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen and then back to the airport on the last day.
They monitored our flight knew we were late coming in and getting bags and were waiting with smiles and made us feel very welcome.
The service from both gentlemen was impeccable and the vehicles were in top shape and very comfortable.
The first driver, I can not recall his name however was fantastic and very friendly however driver that took us back to the airport Rafael was an amazing gentleman.
Highly recommend this co for price/service/comfort they get a 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Kalido for three different transfers during our time in Cancun and the Riviera Maya (1 airport to hotel; and 2 hotel to hotel). From booking to arrival, everything was perfect! Our flight in to Cancun was changed several times by the airline, and Kalido was not only able to accommodate our changes, but they were incredibly responsive and friendly. On one of our transfers, we mistakenly thought our pick-up time was 12:30 (it was actually 12pm), and the driver waited patiently while we rushed to get packed and down to meet him. All in all, I will definitely be using Kalido Travel the next time I visit Cancun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PERFECT says it all. They were on time, professional and friendly. We had a couple of changes and some difficultly finding the limo area of the airport and we simply called customer service and they helped us with everything. The vehicles were clean. well maintained and comfortable. The drivers were very good, friendly and made the drive enjoyable.
There was not one area they could improve on.
You'll be glad you selected them.

When we were delayed by flights, they were in contact with us to make sure all was well. They even provide drinks for a very reasonable cost. My wife and I highly recommend their service.

Have often given their name out to fellow travelers as the ones to book with! From reservation, through transport everything is perfect, and top-notch! Drivers are exceptional, courteous, friendly, and most will give an audio "tour" as you pass by things - shout out/thank you to Adolfo Ramirez, the driver on our most recent trip. I was amazed how Kalido tracks the flights, and on our last trip even reached out to us when the airlines were running late - and waited patiently for us to arrive, with a smile on their faces!! Always so very responsive, and incredible customer service! Also provide beverages, and other items, at an extra cost, which is a great customer service add-on. We will definitely continue booking transportation with Kalido Travel, and highly recommend! THANK YOU!

I have found that they have the best prices for private transportation without sacrificing service. Easy to book online and they are very responsive via email with questions and changes. They have always been on-time and friendly. Also love that we can order specific drinks to be waiting for us when we get off the airplane.

You can order cold drinks to have on your drive from the airport & it was so refreshing! The drivers were professional & kind & friendly. We will always use Kalido for any travel from the Cancun airport & surrounding area. Their prices are fantastic too!
