le comento para que me autoricen la toma de medidas de fabricación me solicitan mínimo el 70% de anticipo al recibir este anticipo maximo tres dias despues va y toman la medida y a partir de tener esta toma de medidas de fabricacion son de 10 a 15 dias habiles para la fabricacion y para porgramar la instalacion se necesita el 20%
 Terrible deal in that place I share the policies they have is a letter from them:
I tell you to authorize me to take manufacturing measures, they ask me for a minimum of 70% advance payment upon receipt of this maximum payment, three days later, they go and take the measure and after taking this manufacturing measure, they take 10 to 15 business days. 20% are needed for manufacturing and for programming the installation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que abren a las 8 am, llamé para solicitar una cotización en repetidas ocasiones a las 8:09 y mejor descolgaron el teléfono. Empezando por ahí, pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que se pueda uno imaginar. En los tres últimos trabajos hubo retrasos de un mes, pérdida de documentos, extravío del material y entre otras excusas, el responsable de hacer el pedido “ya no trabaja con nosotros”.
Quedan de hablar y no lo hacen. La otra justificación es que “cambiaron de dueños”.
The worst service one can imagine. In the last three jobs, there were delays of a month, loss of documents, loss of material and, among other excuses, the person responsible for placing the order "no longer works with us."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informales y mal hechos.... compré un cristal templado me quedaron mal con la fecha tres veces, y cuando por fin me lo entregaron, el cristal estaba manchado, mandaron a su personal a qué le tratarán de quitar las manchas y al no lograrlo del todo se comprometieron a cambiar el cristal y nunca lo hicieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, hace 6 días hábiles pedí cotización para 4 ventanales. Es día que no se dignan ni siquiera contestar mis mensajes. Mandé WhatsApp, mandé inbox en Facebook, llamé 2 veces por teléfono, y en cada ocasión dejé mis medidas y especificaciones para cotizar. Y hasta hoy no se han comunicado. Parece que no hay nadie que supervise a los empleados, ellos simplemente hacen lo que quieren. No quiero imaginar que sería de contratar el servicio, si para una cotización ya tenemos este problema. Me dijeron incluso que no manejaban cancelería en pvc, pero también solicité en aluminio, y nada aun, digo, entonces cual es su especialidad?
Terrible service, 6 business days ago I asked for a quote for 4 windows. It is a day that they do not even deign to answer my messages.
