★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solía ser mi parada obligada en cada visita a CDMX por su surtido, sin embargo la última vez llamé a confirmar si estaba abierto, me dijeron que sí y esperé en los alrededores mas de dos horas porque no era cierto. Ahora, hago unas compras un lunes en su sitio web y no recibo noticia. Miércoles intento comunicarme y el teléfono nunca es atendido, mi mensaje en Facebook es contestado cuatro horas después diciéndome que descansan los lunes (puedo entender esta parte) y que el paquete fue recogido el martes por paquetería. Quedan de pasarme la guía, lo cual no hacen, si no que llega en automático por la paquetería al día siguiente indicando textualmente que acaban de recoger el paquete... y para colmo, hubo problema en el envío porque usaron la dirección de mi cuenta de pago para el envío, no la dirección a la que puse que se hiciera el envío… así que en resumen, su atención al cliente (y sinceridad) se fue al caño. Siguen con muy buen surtido, pero no mxxen.
It used to be my obligatory stop on every visit to CDMX for its assortment, however the last time I called to confirm if it was open, they told me yes and I waited around more than two hours because it was not true. Now, I do some shopping on your website on a Monday and I don't hear back. Wednesday I try to communicate and the phone is never answered, my message on Facebook is answered four hours later telling me that they rest on Mondays (I can understand this part) and that the package was picked up on Tuesday by parcel service. They still send me the guide, which they don't do, but it arrives automatically by the parcel the next day, indicating verbatim that they just picked up the package... and to top it off, there was a problem with the shipment because they used the address on my account payment for shipping, not the address I listed it to be shipped to...so all in all, their customer service (and sincerity) went down the drain. They continue with a very good assortment, but not mxxen.
