★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia : octubre 2017 empeze el tratamiento de láser y luz pulsada !! Me dijeron que con maximo 10 sesiones terminaría y que a la tercera ya se viera un cambio !!! Después de 1 año no tuve ningún resultado y mi bello sigue igual ... he ido a hablar con la dueña la cual vio que la máquina no funcionó , y no me dio ninguna solución , me dijo que me llamarían y nunca me llamaron ni contestaron a mis mensajes !!! Un robo total de dinero y desperdicio de tiempo ... pésima atención al cliente y ningún resultado.
Horrible experience: October 2017 I started the laser and pulsed light treatment !! They told me that with a maximum of 10 sessions I would finish and that by the third time a change would be seen !!! After 1 year I did not have any results and my hair is still the same ... I have gone to speak with the owner who saw that the machine did not work, and did not give me any solution, she told me that they would call me and they never called or answered me to my messages !!! A total theft of money and waste of time ... lousy customer service and no results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never go back to this salon! The lady who did my hair obviously had no idea how to mix the colour I chose. It turned out so red, it was ridiculous! She tried to tone it down but it was still horribly red. It is two weeks later and it is still too red. I will now have to go to another place to have this colour fixed. She cut my hair but did not do a very good job. On top of all that they charged me 1900. MXN dollars for something that I now have to go and get fixed.
