I went to eat. It was 3 minutes till 11 am when they open. I decided to go elsewhere in the mean time.
I returned well past 11 am; they were still closed. With this kind of formality can't really rate their food but I don't need to. They don't open on time, so overall that was my experience I could not eat there at all because well they were closed well within business hours posted by the window itself.
