The food is delicious, the ramen pasta is excellent, it have a very good taste and consistency, It have variety of ramen: Base Ramen, pork belly and spicy, the base ramen is a very simple ramen but it is less expensive so it is easier to add extra ingredients, the pork belly is the same but with 2-4 (it depends in the size) pieces of pork with a boiled egg and spinach, and the spicy is the pork belly but with a spicy sauce that is delicious, it's made with a rise made mass so it isn't "maruchan" , the broth is delicious, it isn't watered, it's made with pork bone, the eggs are good boiled, the pork is also delicious, it is soft and fatty, the gyozas have not enough salt, but with the soy sauce it's perfect, the calpis is so sweet and the totoro bread is a funny and delicious bread, the ambient is very comfortable, it is a very little place but the employees are very cool, they talk to you and make the wait more fast . The better ramen restaurant in CDMX.

The noodles taste homemade and the soup base is amazingly flavorful

The ramen is authentic Japanese style, the best in Mexico City, the menu is exclusively ramen, with Japanese drinks and excelent coffe

The food, the service and the vibes at this restaurant are top notch! The ramen is delicious and the portions are just right. I’ve tried the base ramen and the chasu ramen along with the gyozas. They’re all very good. The gyozas are not as good as the ramen but I think it’s because I’m very picky with my gyozas. The space of the restaurant is very small. It probably seats around 6-7 people at most, but I think this is the charming part of it. Most places in Japan are like this. The staff is very friendly. I dined in 1 time and the other time I ordered to pickup via WhatsApp. I had a great experience both times. The staff is also very courteous. One thing to note, they close at 20:00. The closing hours on google maps are wrong.
